Our Flag Ship Beers

Bush Popper Light - American Light Pilsner

ABV- 4.7%, IBU - 20, Hops- Simcoe, HBC-638

A nowhere to hide approach to an American style pilsner. We took our time to lager this beer ensuring a Crisp, Clean and low ABV pilsner. With Subtle notes of cereal, biscuit, sweet fruit with a slightly bitter finish.

Barn Raiser IPA - Northwest IPA

ABV - 6.9%, IBU- 65, Hops- Mosaic, Citra and Columbus

Our flagship IPA. Big notes of Pine, Citrus and Dank (cannabis). Great beer for the IPA fan. Still very clean, but with the extra kick an IPA drinker is looking for.

Canyon Crusher - American Pale Ale

ABV - 5.9%, IBU - 40, Hops- Citra, Simcoe, Idaho 7

Light, crisp American pale with notes of Citrus and tropical fruit cup. Too aromatic to be a traditional pale, but too crushable to be a traditional IPA. Hits right in the middle in the perfect way. This recipe won 1st place pale at the 2023 Fresh Hop Ale Fest and People's Choice at Public House Pre-Harvest Party.

Irish I Was a Cowboy - Irish Stout w/ Nitro

ABV-5.0%, IBU-20, Hops- Chinook, Cascade

Traditional Irish Stout with big notes of coffee and chocolate with low astringency. Mixed Gas/Nitro giving a Creamy mouthfeel.

Buckle Bunny Blonde Ale

ABV -5.5%, IBU - 15, Hops- Cascade, HBC-630

Light and easy drinking Blonde Al, perfect for the hot weather. Clean, malty sweetness with very low bitterness and subtle fruity esters.

My Oh My IPA

ABV - 7.0%, IBU- 20, Hops- Mosaic, HBC-630 and HBC-638

We hit a home run with this one, just in time for baseball season. Go M's! A clean and clear IPA with huge aromatic notes of berry, pineapple and tropical fruit. Medium body, with a sweet (but not malty) backbone and low bitterness.
